What is JOLT Challenge?
JOLT Challenge is a journey of Self Intelligence, bringing positive change in your life through developing a deeper self-awareness and providing tools for better self-management.
The program explores the awareness of your thoughts, emotions, behaviours and capabilities and in turn provides you with the ability to better manage these areas.
It impacts all areas of your life; the Big 3:
- Your Health – mental, physical, emotional, spiritual
- Your Wealth – career, business, savings, investments
- Your Relationships – intimate, family, family of origin, friends, work related

How it works
JOLT Challenge is a 9 week program that consists of four parts:
- The book – received at the introductory session
- The journal – received at the introductory session
- The workouts – 9 x 90 minute weekly sessions + introductory session
- The measurement (SAM) – online Self Assessment Module + interviews
Book & Journal
At the 90-minute introductory session, participants receive their book and journal and are taken through how the challenge works. They then do the first week’s reading and exercises in their own time throughout the week. We recommend up to a maximum of 60-minutes a day five days a week – this includes reading time and doing the daily exercises.

Workouts
Next they attend the first 90-minute workout to cement the learnings of that week in a safe, supportive environment. This process repeats over nine consecutive weeks, with people forming new positive patterns of behaviour and building lifelong learning habits.

Measurement (SAM)
There are four opportunities to measure their progress throughout JOLT Challenge including a self-assessment four weeks after the completion of the program. Twelve weeks after the program, there are interviews with the participants’ manager to measure the application and business impact of JOLT Challenge.

Online Community
For those who complete the program, they are invited to join the online community which gives them free ongoing access to the latest tools, exercises, strategies, articles, podcasts, success stories and support networks.
Testing JOLT Challenge
All the information, tools and exercises in JOLT Challenge were tested against these three questions:
- Is knowing this going to improve my life?
- Is this simple to understand?
- Is this effective?
If it’s confusing, unresourceful or doesn’t work, then you won’t find it in JOLT Challenge.
Of course, deciding what information is useful or not, or which exercises and tools are beneficial is a very subjective thing. Just as there will be exercises that may horrify you or you think are a waste of time, there will be others that will have a profound impact on you and resonate with you on a deep level.

Nonetheless, the content has been used and critiqued by thousands of people in both corporate and public workshops so we know everything in JOLT Challenge works on some level for everyone, including you!
