SAM – Self Assessment Module
The JOLT Challenge self assessment module has been developed by Dr Jane Davidson, an internationally recognised specialist in evaluation and measurement. SAM involves simple questionnaires that allow you to measure and review your progress throughout the program.

SAM is a comprehensive measurement tool that involves:
- Immediate outcomes: 3 questionnaires throughout the program
- Short term outcomes: Questionnaire post program (4 – 6 weeks)
- Medium term outcomes: Interview with managers of participants to track behavioural change
Mind Warriors can work with your organisation to measure long term (business impact) and ROI outcomes of JOLT Challenge. It involves converting the measurement data into a monetary value.
SAM can stand alone but also can link well with existing performance frameworks.
