Week 3: Maximise Your Energy

Purpose: To optimise your mental and physical well-being through keeping your mind and body healthy.

Week 4: Action Your Success Strategies

Purpose: To understand key success strategies allowing you to create your reality and have a clear vision of your desired future.

Week 5: Master Your Emotions

Purpose: To understand and know how to manage your emotions.

Purpose: To better understand the beliefs, values and self-dialogue has on your day-to-day behaviour.
