JOHN...Mounting the void

WEEK 4

I've got so much going on at the moment, it's like mounting the void. What an interesting time it has been and as always life presents challenges but under the microscope of the JOLT Challenge process it seems infinitely easier to deal with what life hurls at you with the understanding of breaking down your thoughts and rebuilding with the  new and better tools. Dealing with tasks by chunking up and chuking down makes the biggest task look possible. I've used it to make sense of a couple of projects and it has helped me to make clearer and faster progress.

Clearing your mind so you can visualise what you really want is a pretty cool process however I have to admit it's the not easiest thing with all the chaos going around me.

Finally, I have got some clarity around the benefits of modelling which is in my interpretation finding successful role models and using their successes as guidelines to make things work better instead of actually copying them which I never percieved to have much value.

The exercise of writing a letter/sentences by every member of the group and recieving it a few days later is a truely emotionally fulfilling experience because of the things people said.

Sandie our trainer is doing a great job and it's a very enjoyable journey.
