How it works
As an organisation you have two options:
- Licence
- Non-licence
Licence
By purchasing a licence to run the JOLT Challenge program internally we will train experienced trainers in your organisation to become accredited JOLT Challenge facilitators. This is a more cost effective option for organisations wanting to run the program for 80 employees or more.
Non-licence
For smaller organisations or for larger who want to test the water, so to speak, we provide one of our accredited JOLT Challenge trainers to run the program. (Currently available in Australia & New Zealand only)
Requirements
- On-site, private, open space training room (minimum of 40sqm)
- Minimum of 10 people, maximum of 16 people per session
- Consistent (same day/same time) 9 week block of 10 x 90 minute sessions
