Coaching
The JOLT Challenge experience can be further enhanced by having your own professional coach available to provide support and guidance.
The coaching service allows participants to have that one-on-one time with someone trained to bring out the best in them. They are able to bounce ideas, get deeper insights and gain a better sense of direction that has a positive impact on their professional career and personal life.
All JOLT Challenge Coaches are fully trained, credentialed ICF (International Coach Federation) coaches, hand picked by the Mind Warriors team for their expertise and experience. All Coaches have experienced the 9-week JOLT Challenge program and run their own successful coaching business.
There are many people these days who claim to be ‘coaches’. However, not all coaches are created equal. Having a coach who has been credentialed by the ICF means that the JOLT Challenge coaches:
- Have received professional training from a programme specifically designed to teach coaching skills in alignment with the ICF competencies and Code of Ethics
- Have demonstrated a proficient understanding and use of the coaching competencies as outlined by the ICF
- Are accountable to the ethics and standards promoted by the ICF.
The Coaching Package
The package consists of 4 hours per participant. The hours can be divided into 4 x 1 hour sessions, 8 x 30min sessions or at a time allocation that works best for the participant.
Prior to the commencement of the JOLT Challenge program participants will be required to select a coach, make contact and set up appointment times. The coaching is done by phone or over Skype. Four of these coaching sessions must coincide with the JOLT Challenge measurement program – at the end of weeks 3, 7, 9, and 4 weeks post program.
4 hour package cost: $900 + GST per person
