Change Management/Cultural Change
CHANGE IS EXPECTED AND ACCEPTED.
Change is one of the only constants in life. To have a successful organisation, you need a Self Intelligent workforce that responds to changes with a positive and adaptable attitude.
The majority of change management programs (up to 70%).[1] fail for the sole reason that people resist the change, even if they know intellectually that the change is better for them. For a change management program to be successful, it must also address the employee’s emotional needs.
The JOLT Challenge program equips people with the Self Intelligence that they need to successfully deal with the disruption of established thought and behavioral patterns.
After completing the JOLT Challenge participants have:
- A confident mindset that is adaptable and responsive to changes.
- A defined path to where they want to be.
- And an awareness of the choices and actions that are available to them.
By empowering your staff with Self Intelligence they will meet changes with enthusiasm instead of confusion.
“You have to know where you are going before you can get there. JOLT helps you define your path and embed change in your life so there is more chance you will end up where you want to be.”
— Geoff, workout participant
“JOLT Challenge has not only immense personal benefits but provides valuable team building and development opportunities, particularly where there are new team members or a group faces a particular challenge that will test their leadership, collaboration or self awareness.”
— Dave, workout participant
